Amir’s recent experience include:

 

1. acting in the acquisition of a parcel of land and the subsequent off the plan contracts for a 900-lot development in Townsville, Queensland.

2. advising a private retirement village with over 500 units in their day-to-day operations.

3. assisting a private financier negotiating all financing documents in their loan advance to a national private lender with a loan portfolio of $90,000,000.00;

4. acting for Landlords in relation to retail and commercial leases to national and state lessees.

 

Amir is also the Legal Counsel of Next Level Racing, the world’s leading simulation brand with retail sales channels in more than 50 countries. He oversees the company’s commercial, finance and property operations with recent experience with the following global companies:
